I have been renting for more than half a decade in Ireland and never came across an issue with renting cars but these lads always manage to find issues in bookings instead of providing a service. NÃO RECOMENDO INSATISFAÇÃO/ FALTA DE RESPEITO Boa tarde Me chamo Rafael Ribeiro estou de férias com minha esposa e meus 2 filhos ( 1 de 2 anos e outro de 4 anos) em Portugal (Cascais) infelizmente a empresa Europcar não esta preparada para atender turista, é lamentável como samos tratados com falta de respeito e falta de bom senso. fiz uma reserva pars hoje 02/01/18 as 11:00hrs e ja era 12:30hrs e o carro ainda não estava liberado. com 2 crianças chorando e com fome tendo que esperar a boa vontade do funcionário em providenciar o carro. e mesmo depois de ter que esperar por mais de 1 hora com crianças no colo o carro foi entregue todo sujo e o funcionário ainda teve a cara de pau em diZer que o carro esta limpo. lamentável, não recomendo essa empresa att Rafael Ribeiro 55 11 982555228 whatsapp
